My First Door Dec

Door Decs were probably the thing I was MOST excited about. I was gonna be super creative and just kick butt at door decs. They took forever and were worth it. Door decs were my favorite part of my firts year on campus. They just made the big dull door a little more friendly. So here is my first door dec. Of course it is RA courtesy to make them for not only your residents but your fellow staff, RLC, and maintenance worker. I also had friends who I promised to make door decs for. So 21 residents + 6 staff members + 1 RLC + 1 Bob (first semester maintenance) + 4 friends + 5 extras for late assignments = 38 Door Decs! It was only after I cut all the strips that I found out we have a paper cutter...

Yes I found this on Pinterest. Yes those are paperclips. Yes that was the suckiest part. The only things that was more complicated was getting them taped to the doors.
