I wanted to get residents involved. My room is also right across from the bathroom and I knew I would get a lot of traffic on the daily. So I wanted a fun, easy, non-committal way for residents to interact with me, others, etc. So Are You Bored? Games was born. I had connect 4, dot game, Tic-Tac-Toe, and hangman. I explained each game in the center for those less acquainted with the games. I had markers and everything one could need. A word to the wise though, if you do play hangman over an extended period of time, make sure you remember the phrase. Oops!
