Oh Goodness I made it to my second year as an RA. IDK how, but I did it. So this is my Duty/Where Am I board year 2. I have come a long way since year 1. I went Cricut crazy for this. I had my 7 staff members pick Toy Story characters that were then a pain to glue. They also picked toys to go with. So Sean is Lotso and chose a surfboard that has his room and extension on it for all my lovely residents to see. It is supposed to be a toy chest filled with toys. Along the bottom are the 4 places I could be and I have a little marker that shows where I am at any given time. And YES the whole board is surrounded by an Etch-A-Sketch. The letters were dye-cut and layered to look like the Toy Story ball.
UPDATE: So you know things change. My staff did not always appreciate having to move two things. There are seven boards in the hall so I guess I can't blame them. So here it is with its minor changes.
