So I wish I had a better example of my January door dec...Oh Well. I made different nail polish designs for everyone. Most were customized to what I thought the resident would like. For the most part I did the designs in sharpie but a few of them, like this one, have nail polish on them. January for us is called J-Term. it is an optional time where you can study abroad, take a month off, or take a month long class. I took ethics since RAs are required to stay if they do not have an internship or study abroad. The number of residents who stay for J-Term is about 1/3 so that was how I was able to personalize the door decs easier.
