MarchHare MadHatterness

So as stated somewhere on this blog I LOVE TO READ. I also love sports and I had seen something similar to this by a Facebook group called This Is Teen. So for March Madness instead of doing Basketball Teams I did book characters. I had a Heroes Bracket, Supporting Character, Villain, and Mentor. I posted the Match-Ups for each day in the main lobby and people could vote until midnight. I did this every night in March. The final Match Ups can be seen below. Those are also the sheets I printed each day. I used character names and a quote FROM THE BOOK in case people did not know who others were.

The final match-up was Holmes and McGonagall and Holmes won by 1. My residents were not too happy, but they should have voted...

Making the physical bracket on a board was tough. I used a yardstick and it took FOREVER, but it was worth it.
